To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

"Will we be able to view our individual accounts in the near future?" HM
Our data processor has informed us that they hope to have this service
available to their financial institutions by the end of the 3rd quarter of
2004. The cost of this option has not yet been announced.
"Will on-line services be expanded?" JP
Now that our web site is operational, your Board of Directors is
exploring the possibility of offering "Bill Paying" and "Home Banking." They
expect to be able to make a decision based on costs and demand within the next
few months.
"How long does it take to find out if my loan was approved?" KV
If your Fair Isaac credit rating is 600 or over, loan requests are
approved the same day we receive your application. Requests from members with a
Fair Isaac score below 600 are considered by the Credit Committee on Tuesday
and Thursday. Emergency situation loans are considered on a daily basis.
"Can I have my daily MAC/Star withdraw limit increased above $300.00?" ML
The $300.00 daily limit was set for our member's protection. However,
if you want it increased, it can be done if you put your request in writing.
